These meetings apply to clients with annual contracts, virtual clients, and clients with monthly payment contracts who are formal clients of BS and Co AI Labs and require an emergency meeting, whether in person, by video, or by phone.

Regarding emergency meetings requested by clients with contracts, even if they have service hours covered under their agreement, these meetings incur an additional charge when they require altering the Company’s previously scheduled agenda. This is because an emergency meeting requires BS and Co AI Labs to reschedule meetings already coordinated with other prospects and/or clients, or to work outside of regular business hours.

In addition to the actual time spent at the emergency meeting, the Company also incurs an operational loss of one hour before and one hour after the meeting, necessary for travel, rescheduling, and ensuring timely arrival at the emergency meeting and the next scheduled appointment.

For this reason, every emergency meeting carries a fixed fee of $1,000.00, equivalent to four (4) hours billed at $250.00 per hour, to cover the economic and operational impact of rescheduling previously scheduled commitments, leaving office work, or attending to matters outside of regular business hours. This fee must be paid at the time of scheduling the appointment, and the client agrees that it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

For the purposes of this “emergency” policy, BS and Co AI Labs’s emergency business hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., or from 5:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
