Additional Terms and Conditions for Social Media Management Services
Configuration Settings Upon Service Cancellation
All clients who contract our social media management services acknowledge and agree that, once they decide to cancel such services, upon the disconnection of our social media management platform or program, certain settings and configurations made during the period of our service may automatically revert to the original settings that the accounts had prior to the start of our management.
Our firm is not responsible for the automatic restoration of previous settings nor for any effects that such restoration may cause to the functioning, visibility, or performance of the client’s social media accounts after service termination. It is the client’s responsibility to review and, if desired, reconfigure their account settings following the conclusion of our services.
Transfer of Meta Business Account Ownership
Additionally, if the client cancels our services and fails to complete the transfer process of the Meta Business Account Super Admin role before the termination of their service contract, and subsequently requests that our firm invests additional time to complete the transfer to a new Super Admin, the client agrees to pay a fee of $1,500.00 USD. This fee covers the additional time and resources required for such intervention, which were not included in the original service agreement.
Furthermore, the client acknowledges and agrees that, if the transfer of the Meta Business Account ownership is not completed prior to the cancellation of our services, our firm will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, access issues, operational impacts, or any other situations that may arise as a result of the failure to complete the transfer in a timely manner.
By contracting our services, the client accepts this understanding as an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
